Associate professor Dana Lupșa (UNITBV), teaching organizational communication, entrepreneurship, and knowledge management, and Fulbright Visiting Professor in entrepreneurial education, brings a unique interdisciplinary profile. As the founder and president of Happy Moms, a non-profit dedicated to women’s empowerment through education and visibility, she bridges academic research with applied communication practice.

José Antonio Mérida Donoso
José Antonio Mérida Donoso is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Education, University of Zaragoza (Spain), in the Department of Specific Didactics, area of Social Sciences Education, and a member of the ARGOS research group. He earned his PhD from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has worked at several universities in Spain and Romania.
With a dual background in History and Philology, his research explores the intersections between literature, film and comics, collective memory and identity. His main lines of work include the didactics of social sciences, the representation and educational transposition of violence in history, and the use of visual and narrative media to foster historical thinking. He is the author of more than fifty academic publications, including journal articles, book chapters, and monographs.


Chiara Giachino
Chiara Giachino, PhD, is Associate Professor in Marketing at the Department of Management,University of Turin, Italy. Her most recent researches concern the consumer behavior with focus on young generations, tourism marketing and strategy. Recently, she started to research on social media influencer marketing. She teaches marketing, industrial marketing, business management and strategy and she is involved also in some masters’ courses. She served as the coordinator of the Marketing Sig in SIMA (Italian Management Association) and she was visiting researcher at the Columbia Business School. She is involved both in national and in international european research projects.
Eduardo Camilo
Eduardo Camilo is a Professor in the Department of Communication, Philosophy, and Politics at the University of Beira Interior, where he teaches courses such as Semiotics of the Image and Discourse and Strategic Communication Models.
He is an integrated researcher at LabCom – Communication and Arts (University of Beira Interior), where he dedicates his work to the study of strategic communication, namely advertising and political propaganda, from the analytical angles of semiotics, media discourses, and communication theories.
He is the author of several books and scientific articles published in the fields of local power communication, political posters, and advertising


Eliza Ciobanu
Eliza Ciobanu is a Lecturer at the University of Transilvania in Braşov, with a research focus on digital marketing and the development of entrepreneurial ecosystems. She co-authored the book “Marketingul digital. O soluţie pentru dezvoltarea ecosistemului antreprenorial din România” (2022). Her teaching, research and practical orientation brings a valuable collaboration for initiatives at the intersection of digital transformation, marketing and SME development.
Radu Lixăndroiu
Radu Lixândroiu is a Professor in the Department of Management and Economic Informatics at Universitatea Transilvania din Braşov, where he teaches courses such as Quantitative Methods in Management, Economic Informatics, e-Commerce and Decision Support Systems. His research interest include economic informatics, quantitative modelling, fuzzy logic in management, databases and e-business systems, reflecting a long-standing blend of management science and information systems. Professor Lixândroiu has authored or co-authored numerous scientific articles and books, published in both national and international journals, and has participated in research contracts and projects in areas such as optimization of economic systems and digital transformation of enterprises.
